As Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for the Walt Disney Company, David directed the development of this $70 million corporate headquarters for the Feature Animation division of the company. This Robert A.M. Stern designed building, completed in 1994, houses the 400+ employees of Feature Animation in 240,000 square feet. Project components include a commissary, full screening room, editing bays, pre and post-production spaces, private offices and collaboration space for the highly-demanding art of creating animated movies. The project incorporates iconic images from Disney’s classic animated features including the hat from the Sorcerer’s Apprentice segment from Fantasia.
