IDEA1, comprising 295 residential units, 7,700 square feet of creative office, and 5,000 square feet of restaurants were completed in October of 2017. It represents a new kind of mixed-use project that aims to create a place that augments the lives of residents, tenants, and visitors. The building design, restaurant, and office tenants, and amenities of IDEA1 have all been thoughtfully curated with inspiration in mind.
